• Rocking the Sysco Test Kitchen, Wagyu and New Zealand Salmon Menu

    On location filming for KitchenAid Commercial, @chef_works @wholesomesweet , @pacificseafood at the @sysco_corp Las Vegas test kitchen. Crushed it!

    On the menu:

    New Zealand salmon prepared classic French style with tangerine, Meyer lemon, and Tahiti lime zest and fresh squeezed juice, ginger, and Brazilian sea salt.

    Spicy potato soup with chipotles, heavy cream, lavender butter asparagus tips, and pan roasted pepper corns.

    Gold grade Wagyu Cap of Ribeye prepared with my famous smoked Black Label espresso, Persian Blue salt, crushed Shishito peppers, coriander, citrus, matcha and ... secret spiced dry rub.

    Grilled espresso sourdough bread.
