Our Refund Policy
We do not accept refunds or exchanges. By its nature, our coffees are a custom order and not available for return, however we guarantee that our coffees are the finest, freshest and consistently roasted available. If you discover that your coffee is not to your liking, we will gladly send you a replacement at no charge, but it is incumbent upon the customer to pay for shipping. Coffee is a perishable food item and cannot be exchanged. We will make every effort to satisfy your specific concern on an individual basis. Please contact us so we may ensure that you are extremely pleased. We only offer world class service. As such, your enjoyment of our coffee is our priority.
